it’s mid year….(how time flies so fast…!) so it’s birthdays time…

- Jihan 24th June

- Papa 26th June

- Mama 5th July

we celebrated jihan’s birthday and held a small party for families and friends…it was fun and jihan had a good and exciting day…(with superb menu on board and lotsa good birthday presents as well)

then it was papa’s birthday…i "delivered" a box of cookies and chocolates to his office…he was surely surprised..hehehhe…then, it was just the 2 of us had a scrumptious dinner at chili’s….

next is mama’s birthday soon…wonder how it’s gonna be…ehhhehehe….

ish, lamanya tak update blogs….bz pun ada, malas pun ada…anyway, mama, papa n jihan alhamdulillah sihat….malah skarang ni jihan rasanya makin berat sbb dia mkn sungguh laa byknya…; )

many happy things happened in May recently…yeah! of course..1st May mestilaa annyversary mama n papa….and we went to Bkt Tinggi to have a vacation breakaway….! it was fun n we really enjoy ourselves there….

then comes Mother’s Day, we had an early celebration at Sri Ayyuthaya on 11th May (in conjunction with makngah’s birthday as well, even she wasn’t here to celebrate with us…heheheh)..to Mak, happy mother’s day…present blum sempat nk beli lg….thinking of buying u a watch since u r borrowing n using my watch now, so might as well get u a new watch…ehhehehe…

and we have a new maid….the old maid has gone home…(phewww!) the new maid is more acceptable and presentable…more kiddy friendly than the previous one…jihan also more manja with her…hopefully, she will remains the same…she wears tudung even at home…

it’s good to hear that our wages are rising…! can save more ( and spend more….?)

May is towards the end….June will be another bz month for us…with jihan’s an papa’s birthday coming…atuk n wan are going to Mekah for umrah….in July, makngah is coming back from Aussie for 3 weeks, mama’s birthday’s coming…wan’s and atuk’s 28th wedding anniversary…whoa….such a long list…

thinking of what to buy for jihan and papa for their birthdays…

it has been quite some time we haven’t go anyway for a holiday…the last one was kat melaka….so this time mama purposely took a 3 days break (after my induction course and before the exam) and we decided to go to Port Dickson..we went to Guoman…cantik tempat dia….n mmg takda org….kosong…!!!! the room was nice and comfy…our room was facing the pool and the sea…mmg very2 breathtaking view…

we arrived at around 4.30. after check-in, kitorg pi ronda2 around PD…then 6.30, turun pi swimming pool…Jihan n papa were enjoying themselves ….sampai taknak keluar drp pool..mlm tuh mkn ikan bakar kat nearby restaurant….

the nx morning, we had our breakfast at the hotel….the food was marvellous…so much choices.. tp perut kecik, so mkn ala kadar je laa….lepas tu, kitorg pegi jln2 kat sekitar hotel compund….kat eco park and along the beach, main kat playground…but the beach tak cantik sgt…
lepas tuh, kitorg main kat game arcade…main lumba kereta… jihan pun join skali
then lepas mandi, kitorg pi PD ostrich farm…. byk sgt ostrich and other animals….kitorg siap beli mknn nak bg kat ostrich tp tersilap bg… terbagi kat ostrich ganas…habis tumpah semua… rupa2nya kat kandang kain mmg ada tempat utk feeding the ostrich…tp plg best tempat main dgn rabbits jihan tak takut pun..dia usap2 rabbit tu and peluk dia… so cute
then pi pekan PD, beli roti n biskut kat the Store…jihan tertido dlm kereta sbb keletihan bermain dgn rabbits…
petang tu mama study sket utk exam induksi….bosannya…. jihan n papa tgk tv sambil wrestling ..at 5, kitorg pi jumpa kawan mama kat glory beach resort yg tgh ada induksi…
mlm tu mkn ikan bakar n sotong goreng tepung kat ulik mayang….mmg best n lagi murah…
tgh mkn atok call, bg tau grandma mama (moyang jihan) kat batu pahat passed away, innalillah…sbb dah mlm, so, kitorg akan blk BP esok pg….

we had breakfast at the hotel…again the food was excellent…jihan mkn byk jugak tau…. lepas mkn, we had another go at the game arcade…lumba kereta lg… lepas tu, blk bilik n siap2 utk check out and blk BP

overall, mmg best holiday kali ni… cuma tak sangka arwah grandma pulak meninggal….anyway, dia mmg dah uzur pun 2 thn kebelakangan ni….semoga Allah mencucuri rahmat ke atasnya…amin…

it was great to see my schoolmate again today, with our kids…(wahhhh!! it has been 10 years since SPM 97)…we decided to meet at KLCC…the kids were not warm enough with each other at first, but they got along well…..i admit all our kids are the active type….we had to run around chasing our own kids..!!!i thought jihan is the only one yg lasak2 n active….but amy n danish pun sama jugak…..dah namanyer budak2….biasalah tu….

even though it was only a short while, but it was nice seeing my friends again after these years…sekarang ni dah jadi mak pulak…nina currently based in veitnam, on a short holiday here….kay, even though rumah dekat2 tp tak pernah jumpa….

hopefully we’ll see each other again, next time with some other friends as well….a lot to catch up….!

alhamdulillah…kul 11 td dah habis tgk semua pt kat klinik 12 org jer….ok lah tu…pg ni dtg kerja 8.30, tp nasib baik ada cme (yg i tak pi)semlm aku oncall kat pusat bersalin berisiko rendah bt 14 cheras…angkut skali asrul n jihan pi tido kat sana….ok laa jugak…pi mkn kat belanga bistro (nama punyer laa glamer) kat tepi jalan…..orait chicken chop yg asrul mkn best….! then blk kat centre tu, tgk tv, tidokan jihan…kul 10.30 felt asleep…..sampailaa ke pagi……..zzzzzzzzzzzzzz……kul 6 bgn nak solat subuh…dgr mcm bunyi mesin CTG…eh, kuatnyer…..ke bunyi tangki air…ekekekek…..we all pun siap2 pack2 brg nak blk…jihan nyenyak tido…sementara tunggu asrul solat, pi kat kaunter nurse, tanya ada pt tak….baru smpi kul 6 td….os 3 cm… so,pi tgk pt….ctg reactive…buat VE blk, os dah 4 cm…nak ARM, pastuh nurse kata tunggu 6 cm laa, biar doctor pg buat….ok laa…just maintain hydration jer sbb urine ketone 3+, contraction 1:4…

6.40 baru bertolak blk rumah….patutllaaa colleague lain kul 6 dah blk sbbnyer jam teruk gila kat depan plaza phoenix tuh…..1/2 jam gak sangkut….smpi rumah dah 7.40…. ok gak laa oncall semlm sbb dpt tido….ekekekkeek….nx mth pun 2 x oncall jer…

thanx to rehan and gang sbb organize gathering siters kat rumah lean hari tuh…seronok dpt jumpa member2 yg dah lama tak jumpa…insya allah, bleh jumpa lg kalau ada organizer yg mantap mcm rehan, lean, hasmein n others yg aku tak sebut nama…(sori ek…)lain kali bleh buat hi tea kat hotel2 plak….ekekekek…. i brought jihan along, pi skali dgn dahlia naik bestari…best!!

to my friends…..selamat berbakti kpd agama, bangsa dan negara……jgn tension2…dahlia, slamat berkerja di tempat baru….kwn ko yg teruk tuh nak masuk HUKM plak..?nnt dia tahu laa camner teruk HUKM gak…ehehhehhe….asrul will be joining microbiology as trainee lecturer in April….dia dah bosan jobless tuh….giat gak buat locum….even kat clinic rehab penagih dadah utk continue prescription methadone…..member yg nak kawin ehem, ehem….cepat2 anto kad ek..sori Atau tak pi kenduri ko, cepat2 timang baby ek…dah janji dgn dilla nak pi tp tghari tu demam lak….sapa2 lg nak timang baby, announce laa….

really miss my friends, our time together masa bujang2….my roomates sha, ayeen, milin….bila jumpa kornag blk happy sgt rasa…wish to see u all lg lama, spend our time together…

yesterday, after my oncall, we planned to go to sogo for shopping….naik LRT….ingatkan taknak bwk jihan tp kesian kat dia sbb belum pernah naik LRT lg….so naiklaa LRT dlm hujan2…mula2 jihan mcm confuse gak….tgk ramai org…lepas tuh asyhik berhenti jer…pijntu LRT asyik terbukak je….bila dah smpi kat pudu dia mcm restless…asyik tanyer dah smpi..?dah smpi..?

bila dah smpi sogo, jihan asyik nak berlari ke escalator….dah laa ramai org….papa sibuk laa kejar dia…i’m worried too…takut anak hilang…hehehehe….tak syok laa shopping sbb risaukan anak…we ended up going to the 5th floor…jihan sibuk nak main….we spent about 1 hour there…i grabbed 3 pairs of clothes for jihan…we had our lunch and went home…on the way home, she slept all the way…

mama n papa tak shopping apa pun sbb sibuk melayan karenah puteri seorg ni….

i was oncall yesterday (after quite some time since i last oncall)…but this time in a different setting…i was oncall in pusat bersalin berisiko rendah (PBBR HUKM) in Bt 14 cheras…i went there with my dear hubby n daughter at around 11.00 am…we stayed there for a while, i had a chat with the midwife there…at 1 we left for lunch and i went home for a while…i returned back to the centre at around 7 pm…so far, so good…no patient planned to deliver there…i preapared for my presentation (common oral lesions) in the doctor’s room until 10.30…then i switched off the light and zzzzzzzzzzzz……..i was alone….my hubby got locum last night so he and jihan can’t come with me…

i woke up at 6.40am and got ready to go home….

no patient at all…..what a peaceful call… and i get paid for sleeping there….heheheh….wonderful….!

it has been almost 3 mths my dear sister came back for a holiday in m’sia…she is studying in australia - doing dentistry…while she is here, jihan has been sleeping with her at night…she is quite well behaved with her makngah….so, mama n papa got some time to spend our time together without jihan in between….heheheheh…anyway, my sister is going back to ozzie tomorrow….jihan surely missed her…she  call my sister  "mangak" not "makngah"…so, the next time makngah comes back, probably jihan can pronounce "makngah" very well and probably jihan dah ada adik….eheheheheh..insya allah….tq "mangak" for taking care of jihan…..

i was offered a locum post in a nearby clinic yesterday from 6-10pm..rate RM 35/hour….i went there, met the owner who is very nice….and started work….i saw a few patients from 6- 7.30 and performed my maghrib…i had a 30-minutes rest before i started a full swing of consultation marathon from 8-10.30….!! masya allah, byknya patients!!!!!tak terkira…my tickets were queueing very long and i was rushing fast…..i asked the patient, chit chat a bit and examined them….prescribed appropriate medications for them…my stomach was growling….i was damn hungry….!bussiness is very good there at the clinic….i heard that the owner managed to get about 20-30K per month….!!wow!!!!!!!….thinking of doing that too, eh..?!heheheh…maybe….after i become a family medicine specialist…i went back at 10.30, an extra 30 minutes and managed to get RM 20 extra, alhamdulillah….insya allah, ada rezeki lg bleh buat locum kat situ lg….

asrul sent and picked me up yesterday…he had no locum last night…so, jihan was happily being taken care by papa….si manja papa tu mmg betul2 manja dgn papa…dgn mama kurang sket sbb mama garang…ehehhehe…
